Eaton Cross

Designed by Lou DesRosiers Architects and built by Derocher Custom Homes, B&B was selected to install the roof on this custom residence.

The roof combines steep-slope and low-slope roofing systems. The steep slate roof features a two-color blend of 1/2″–3/4″ thick slates from Evergreen Slate Co., with copper flashings.

Additional features include custom copper dormers, copper cresting fence on the flat roofs, curved double-lock copper roof panels, and soldered flat-lock copper panels. Copper gutters and downspouts feature custom products from the Copper Shoppe.

The slate roof transitions to the flat roof using fully vented copper flashing. The membrane roof features a .90 mil EPDM roof over a fully tapered insulation system.

B&B Glass custom-fabricated and installed the pyramid skylight, as well as custom glass and mirrors inside the home.
