Custom Products

Many Copper Shoppe products are fabricated specifically for an individual customer’s project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements, dimensions, drawings, quantities, material selections, installation conditions, and other specifications requested by Copper Shoppe.

We may request additional information or confirmation before fabrication begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications provided in a quote, order confirmation, drawing, or other project documentation.

Quotes

Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a binding order or require Copper Shoppe to manufacture or supply any product.

Quotes may be based on the specifications and information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing, material availability, shipping costs, production schedules, and other terms may change if project specifications are modified or if a quote expires.

Any validity period, payment requirements, production schedule, shipping terms, or additional conditions stated in an individual quote or order confirmation will apply to that transaction.

Orders and Payment

An order is considered accepted only after Copper Shoppe has confirmed the order and any required payment or deposit has been received or other payment arrangements have been approved.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, or other costs may be added as specified in the applicable quote or order documentation.

Changes and Cancellations

Because many of our products are custom fabricated, changes or cancellations may not be possible after materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun.

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible. Any approval of a modification or cancellation is subject to Copper Shoppe’s confirmation and may involve additional charges for materials, labor, engineering, fabrication, restocking, or other costs already incurred.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Actual timing may be affected by material availability, fabrication requirements, carrier delays, weather, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address and for inspecting shipments promptly upon arrival.

Inspection and Damage

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery. Visible shipping damage should be documented and reported as soon as reasonably possible, including photographs of the product and packaging when appropriate.

Claims involving manufacturing defects, incorrect products, shortages, or shipping damage should include sufficient information for us to evaluate the issue.

Returns

Because many Copper Shoppe products are custom-made to customer specifications, custom-fabricated products may not be returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Any authorized return must comply with the return instructions provided by Copper Shoppe. Shipping, handling, restocking, or other charges may apply where permitted.

Warranty

Copper Shoppe products are covered by our applicable product warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects. Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, and remedies are governed by the warranty terms in effect for the applicable product or order.

Damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, neglect, accidents, environmental conditions, normal weathering, natural patina development, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Installation

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Copper Shoppe supplies products and does not provide installation services through purchases made from this website.

Customers and their contractors are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for a particular application and for ensuring proper installation in accordance with applicable building requirements, industry practices, and site conditions.
